DESCRIPTION:Always on February 2nd \n\nJoin us for our annual Groundhog Day Parade on Friday\, Feb. 2nd at 3pm in beautiful downtown Ellison Bay!\n\n\nTo join the “Inclement Weather Marching Band”\, meet at The Vault Door County parking lot around 2:45 to hone your cacophonous noise making skill with others before the parade. (Bring your pots and spoons\, your tambourines and recorders\, your stumpf fiddles and washboards!)\n\n\nIf you have a vehicle or float you’d like to have in the parade\, line up along Garrett Bay Rd near the Ellison Bay post office\, and we’ll all roll out in all our Ground-hoggin’ glory at 3pm! Our very long route extends from the intersection of Garrett Bay and Hwy 42 to the parking area of Hillside Inn! (Cars and floats can turn around at Hillside Inn.)\n\n\nJoin in the party afterward at the Mink River Basin for fun and free Groundhog Stew! The event will now kick off on Thursday night with the first session of films. On Friday\, Feb. 14th we’ll start the evening with our keynote speaker\, Kevin Wehrenberg\, executive producer of Fear Factor and Wipeout. The night will wrap up with one of our feature films\, Green Blah!\, a music documentary exploring the history of punk rock in Green Bay.
