DESCRIPTION:Join Door County North for a week of activities for all ages that help to promote all insects. Admission to all events is FREE. Full Schedule is coming soon. \nSaturday\, June 22nd to Saturday\, June 28th Butterfly Scavenger Hunt \nThis event will culminate at the Ellison Bay Day event on Saturday\, June 28th at the Ellison Bay Community Park and Beach. \nScavenger Hunt for the large garden art butterfly to win. \nParticipate in our scavenger hunt and find our very own giant butterfly\, Aponi. She will be “flying” around the Town of Liberty Grove in Northern Door County starting June 22nd and will make her final nest on June 28th at the Pollinator Party at Ellison Bay Day in the Park at the Ellison Bay Community Park and Beach. \nHere’s how to participate: \n\nVisit the Door County North Welcome Center in Ellison Bay beginning Friday\, June 22nd for details and to pick up the first clue.\nClues will then be posted on Door County North facebook page and Instagram each day.\nTurn in your entry slips (collected when you find Aponi) by 2 pm on Saturday\, June 28th at the Pollinator Party at Ellison Bay or turn your entry slips into the Ellison Bay Welcome Center on Friday\, June 27th\, from 10am to 3pm.\n\nWinner of the grand prize plus two gift certificate winners will be announced at 4 pm at the Pollinator Party. Winners do not need to be present.
