DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Ellison Bay Art 2026 Fall Art Crawl – October 24th & 25th\, 10AM – 5PM \nFor over 20 years\, Ellison Bay Arts has continued to provide beautiful\ncreations to nourish bodies\, hearts\, and minds with fine art\, fine craft\,\neducation\, artisan food and drink. Go north to Ellison Bay to enjoy the best\nview in Door County. Rich in the tradition of arts and crafts\, Ellison Bay is\nhome to artist studios/galleries that feature pottery\, original paintings\,\nphotography\, wearable art and handmade leather items. There is also a\ncider house\, coffee house and a folk school. \nClay Bay Pottery-Jeanne and David Aurelius of Clay Bay Pottery create\nhand thrown pottery and tiles\, which reflects their devotion and delight in\nnature. Jeanne is known for her whimsical ladies. Their gallery also carries\noriginal paintings\, woodcuts\, and pottery from other well known artists. \nTurtle Ridge Gallery/Boutique -The gallery space features mixed media\npaintings\, encaustics and etchings by Mary Ellen Sisulak. The award\nwinning boutique offers unique handmade leather bags and art to wear\nmade on site; complimented by artisan jewelry and designer clothing. Turtle\nRidge is surrounded by the inspiration of gardens and nature. \nGills Rock Pottery- Thor and Judy Thoreson live and work in a century old building located in the well-established art community of Ellison Bay. In their gallery one can enjoy the designs on hand thrown pots which are both functional and decorative. Table linens and wooden ware are artfully displayed with the pottery. Outside\, one can enjoy their striking garden pieces. \nKick Ash Coffee/Door County Love Artisan Granola- It’s a great artisan market including many hand made crafts\, gifts and small home decor type art pieces. It’s the perfect place to\nkick back\, enjoy the view and in house roasted coffee\, granola and other treats from their gluten free kitchen. \nThe Clearing- is an adult folk school that offers classes in the arts and fine crafts\, humanities and natural sciences in a beautiful wooded setting on the\nwater. Take a tour and visit the bookstore with original art on cards\, jewelry and small gift items. \nRob Williams Studio/Gallery Rob’s colorful watercolor and oil landscapes are paired with Shirley’s photographs and gardens. \nIsland Orchard Cider-offers delicious handcrafted ciders. They have an\noutdoor dog-friendly patio. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a cider flight\ntasting. Try their newest cider release Kingston Black\, a frothy\, full-bodied\,\nsemi-dry cider made with solely Kingston Black apples from row 25 in their\norchard on Washington Island. This is the second of three Vintage Markets for the 2026 season.\n What you’ll find:• Antique & vintage finds• Handmade goods & crafts• Local vendors• A beautiful historic setting\nBring your friends\, stroll the grounds\, and enjoy a day of nostalgia and one-of-a-kind shopping. Enjoy music with “Walking Each Other Home” from 1-3PM.\nAdmission is free\, and all are welcome. Plenty of parking on site. Historic buildings open with docents present.
