The most northerly point of the Door County Peninsula, the Door Bluff Headlands is a 155-acre park has been preserved in its natural state. The towering bluffs offer a spectacular view of Hedgehog Harbor and Green Bay. The park is characterized by a variety of tree species, numerous species of ground vegetation, and varied topography. It is a great park for all naturalists with its scenery, flora and fauna, and relative remoteness. The park receives limited usage because it is not developed for active recreational use. Take Highway 42 north, past Ellison Bay and make a left on Door Bluff Road, which leads to the largest county park in Door County. There are no facilities available.
